The Mommy & Me group is for moms and their kids to connect with one another Motherhood can feel a bit lonely, especially those early years, so we want to get together and create a village for each other. We are there for the big moments and the little moments. We come alongside each other when a new mom needs to be cared for putting together a meal train for her and her family for those first couple of weeks.

We emphasize Christ-centered fitness. Working together, we take action steps to achieve our health goals and flourish in each season. We learn to understand that this is a lifelong journey. Each day we can choose to be intentional about the choices and decisions we make to keep Christ at the center of everything we do. All fitness levels are welcome.

Our goal is to reach women that are at the same point in their lives with aging parents; grown children; married, divorced or single; looking at retirement and of course are Christians or seeking their faith. We are striving to grow in our faith, build relationships and share fun and rewarding experiences. We are here to support each other, build each other up, encourage and walk through life together.

Men's 5AM Club is designed to help you excel physically. Here you will group up with other men to experience a culture of being healthy and active. We will be meeting once a week to do a group workout and have some fun together. The Freedom Transform group exists to empower you to experience the fullness of what God has for you. We explore the nature of God, our relationship with God and other people, and how we can be restored in every area. This is a description: Waiting in Hope is a support group for couples struggling through the grief and difficulty of conceiving, known as infertility, miscarriage, adoption, etc., and waiting through the process. It is a safe space of faith and hope where we commit to pray, encourage, mourn and rejoice for one another.

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 11-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
